We are looking for a very organized, detailed and energetic professional to assist with our brand's operations and administrative workstreams. Role is in-person from our showroom at 7635 Guijo Street, Makati City.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations for online sales: process daily sales order, order fulfillment, inventory update, dispatching of orders, return orders, raise purchase order, order tracking
• Customer service through our online channels – Instagram, Facebook and Email
• In-store sales together with other store associates
• Manage daily and weekly reports using Excel.
• Bookkeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience. Exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent knowledge of administrative record keeping.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• IT experience is a plus
• Can work from 10:00am to 6:00pm Mondays to Saturdays

Six months probationary. Fully paid HMO after probationary period is completed.
